Chris joined the company in 1989, working overnight as a customer service representative. Steve saw the potential for much more and encouraged Chris to learn how to manage our proprietary ResponseTrak™ system. Chris was moved to a full time programmer position after two years on overnights.

Over the past two decades, Chris has taken the lead on many successful projects including the corporate Y2K conversion. Recently Chris wrote a new ResponseTrak™ application from the ground up to support multiple outbound Business to Business projects. In fact, he's been so busy he hasn't had time to finish this summary.
