Randall McKeeSales ManagerRandy recently rejoined Taction - The Contact Center as our sales manager after forays growing sales in new markets for the Bellingham Bell Company and launching the retail sales division for Duvall Dynamic Spaces. Prior to those experiences, Randy spent seven years at Taction, starting in 2000 as a customer service representative working nights, weekends, and holidays. In 2002 his career at Taction led to numerous and challenging positions including client service roles such as account manager for DialMaine and Atkins Direct and lead telesales agent for Katahdin Cedar Log Homes. He was instrumental in creating training methods for Taction's newly hired agents. As a five-year member of Taction's safety committee, he ensured agents' safety and ergonomic health on the job. Randy is a native Mainer who's as competent with a chainsaw as he is with a computer - having insight and user knowledge of HTML, javascript, Strategi, OrderMotion, and multiple other programs, including nearly every client application used at Taction. His enthusiasm for sales covers all spectrums, and he plans to help Taction continue its core competency of partnering with premium clients who believe in providing their customers with satisfying experiences, one transaction after another.
