Theresa JonesVice President for Human ResourcesTheresa joined the company in 1984, working evenings and weekends only, as a customer service representative, staying home during the day to raise her children. Steve immediately recognized that this was a person who could have a very positive impact during its growth. Theresa helped Steve groom the next few management members and taught them what she had learned and instinctively knew about customer service. Clearly a people person, today Theresa handles all aspects of human resources for Taction.
